This summer I had the pleasure of providing live watercolor guest portraits for a romantic garden wedding at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens — one of Nashville’s most picturesque venues. Cheekwood is already known for its sweeping floral landscapes and timeless architecture, and it truly creates the most stunning setting for a live painter. Every corner of the property feels like stepping into a painting, which makes it the perfect backdrop for an art-centered guest experience.

Throughout the evening, guests were invited to sit for a custom portrait and watch as their keepsake came to life in real time.
