I have a new love for spring garden ceremonies after capturing S + A’s union in the Wills Perennial Garden at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens in Nashville, TN. The natural scenery was enhanced by jaw dropping floral designs by Vintage Florals and top notch rentals by Please Be Seated. It was a truly beautiful event, perfectly curated by Angie with Velour Premier Events.
During our planning call, the couple decided that they wanted the painting to capture the beautiful scenery at Cheekwood with small, special reminders of their wedding sprinkled in.

The completed 18x24” painting is pictured here in my signature impressionist style. It features the couple’s first kiss under the stunning floral arbor and the impression of guests witnessing the moment in the garden. After the wedding, the painting is taken back to my studio for varnish and framing. Prints and cards are offered as well.
